The furniture is very good condition You can buy the whole set for 300. Or you can buy pieces. The couch is 150. The loveseat is 100 and the chair is 50. You have to pick it up and move it yourself. There’s a few very minor scuffs in very minor areas not really visible and can be easily repaired with brown leather varnish or coloring. This is why the price has been reduced. When you see the furniture it’s very nice
