I’ve found that the muscle activation on this machine far exceeds pin selector brick weight pulley stack seated delt machines typically found at gyms! It has something to do with the momentum supplied using free weight plates. Perfect if you have shoulder injuries because it isolates your delts so much that you need very little weight to TORCH your front, side and rear delts.
