I am writing this review to share my positive experience at Zach's Auto Wholesale. I am absolutely amazed by the customer service and follow through I received at Zach's. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful and challenging, however my experience was personalized and focused on my needs( I am hard to deal with during a vehicle purchase). In today's times personalized service is rare.  I have purchased many vehicles (New and used), and grew up with a father in auto sales/performance, and these people at Zach's are truly selling differently than most dealerships. They are absolutely about the customer, both before AND after the sale. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business.

Zach’s auto, let me tell you something, for them to come out and assist me with a jeep Cherokee. ( on there day off) that’s a 5 star rating from the get go. Plus I’ll send them people who are looking for a car or a truck. Any day of the week. Such a blessing , thank you Christian and Zack. And it’s exactly wat I was looking for thanks again guys again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a car in April 2025 from them and less than a year later I have a blown head gasket. I had issues with the car within the first week and when I contacted them they blew me off. Infact Chris specifically blew me off for almost 8 months. They knowingly sold me a car that they knew would not last. They said it was "certified by their mechanic." Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THEM. They only want your money. They do not care about their customers. Chris response now is "sale it on Facebook marketplace". Terrible business and terrible people.  Mind you I had just left an abusive relationship and was still physically showing signs of it. I told him about how I was starting over again with nothing and alone and he still sold me a car he knew I wouldnt be able to drive. Shame on you Zachs auto and shame on you Chris. I will tell everyone I know to stay as far from you guys as possible.

Wow this was probably the quickest and easiest car purchase I’ve ever experienced! First off Christian was super welcoming and exuded positive energy! Secondly the car was as described. Thirdly he got us in and done with the purchase in no time! Thanks Christian for the exceptional service! The Mini drives amazing!
