I purchased an MDX Acura and bought it from Daniel and we worked with the floor manager, David. My wife and I had the best experience purchasing from this dealership which is family owned and operated. They treat you like family and we were very happy with our purchase. I can't say enough. In 6 months time I bought two brand new ZDX cars from this dealership. You'd think they'd want to keep a customer happy but unfortunately these people seem to just care about the profit and not customer service. Here is why:
First car experience was good there in Dec 2024. Love the car, loved the salesperson Daniel, was given attitude by the finance guy but that's fine whatever.

SECOND car, they let us drive it off the lot with it having not gone through full inspection. If it would, then the car wouldn't have passed as we discovered the air bags were not functioning. We were told the car was just in "tow mode" and to bring it in and they'd get it fixed up. 34 days later they finally "fixed" the part on my brand new vehicle, after having seen the whole vehicle torn apart steering column, seats outside the vehicle, it was a mess.

We do not feel comfortable, after weeks of them trying to clear codes and fix this issue, that a brand new vehicle would be in this state. They now say we have to go through Acura/Honda to get a solution as they have washed their hands of the situation because "it was repaired under warranty"

Great customer service... We were without our second new vehicle for over a month while they monkeyed with it, and they've "fixed" it. Would you feel comfortable if your brand new vehicle was torn apart after having it for only a few days?

They apparently don't care about retaining a customer, so if you are looking for a dealer and service provider for your Acura, you'd best look elsewhere. They just want your money and to get you out the door.

Well first off I want to shout out to Daniel my salesman, he was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond for us. We left with a beautiful 2025 Acura Integra A spec, great payments and my interest rate is at 3%. It was the best day ever

Working with Robert was a wonderful experience. He was respectful and kind, and we never felt pressured to purchase. We left the lot feeling confident that we had made a great choice. The service we received before, during, and after we bought our new car has been outstanding.
