The cars were great and the staff were very friendly. However, when I went to purchase the car, there was a $2,000 administrative fee that I’ve never seen at another car place and was not included in the list price. They said that it was on their website but I couldn’t find it anywhere, and had someone point it out to me over the phone. It was in a fine print, bottom of the page after you pick a car, read disclosures sneaky area, and never even stated that it is $2,000 or what this is clearly at all (see pics attached). Just know that if you’re buying a car from here, it will be $2,000 more than they’re saying (not even including tax or tags). Naryan is nice, but this is sneaky and misleading. Please ask about this when you call or go to buy a car instead of getting your hopes up like I did!

I was referred to American quality tires by naryan auto group to have my car checked after having a great experience while purchasing the vehicle, a few short days later, a service code popped up on my car . the entire experience at their Referred mechanic was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. The mechanic was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They barely looked at my vehicle, gave me vague answers, and acted like my concerns were an inconvenience. I left feeling unheard and completely frustrated.

Hoping to resolve the issue, I went back to PAUL at naryan to let them know what happened, but the dealership was just as bad. Instead of listening or offering any kind of help, they brushed me off, acted like it wasn’t their problem, and made me feel like I was the one causing trouble for simply expecting decent service.

It’s shocking that a dealership would recommend a mechanic with such poor service and then double down with their own lack of care. Between the mechanic’s attitude and the dealer’s dismissive response, I will never return to either place and strongly recommend others look elsewhere if they value their time, money, and basic respect.
