Karastan #726 Heriz 100% Wool Rug / Carpet - Size 2' 10" x 5' - Rare Antique 2

This is the 2nd rug of 5 listed. Authentic beautiful, very rare and hard to find vintage Karastan rug in very good condition. Highly detailed Heriz geometric field design full of exciting array of colors including blues, greens, tans, olive, ivory, beige, rose and gold. It has lived in 1 home for it's entire life. Please refer to pictures for details of condition but the carpet is free of stains and discolorations and has good pile & fringes. Original rare blue Karastan label(s) is attached. Recently cleaned and ready to be enjoyed in your space. This is part of an entire collection being sold, including more of this same size (sold separately). Multiple angles were taken of both the top and bottom, to help showcase the great condition. Dark areas within the main top rug area are not stains but rather darkening from shadows. Some angles will show this and show changes as light / view is altered. Small original 700 series Karastan wool rug / carpet, measuring 2.10" x 5". This series has been discontinued and is part of the Karastan Heriz #726 collection from the 1980s. Rug / carpet is at least 30 years old but in great condition. Condition Rug is in very good condition and has always been taken care of but please note, this is an old antique carpet and rug that has aged over time. It is considered in very good condition but obviously is not the same as the day it was bought - some minor wear has been experienced. Piles and fringes are in tact and in good shape with nothing missing. It is free of any major stains and discoloration to the top and bottom. The only exception is that the bottom piece that holds pile and fringes has darkened and discolored over the years, mostly due to age. Specific pictures of this area are included and please refer to those for details. Any darkening you can see on the top is due to shadowing (as you move around shadows darken / lighten the carpet). Rug / carpet has recently been cleaned and has been taken care of / cleaned over the years as necessary.
