*Reduced To Sell Now* Decided to sell a couple of bikes from my personal collection. This one is a 1969 Raleigh Superbe (Top of the line) in excellent original condition. These were the working man’s bike that were produced back in the day and built to last 100 years as touted by Raleigh. If you’re a Raleigh enthusiast then you know that. It was acquired from the original owner and gone through and restored to its original condition. A few choice upgrades were selected to highlight the vintage appeal of the bike. A true survivor and one that will satisfy the more discriminating rider and vintage enthusiasts. Not many in as nice of condition. Try finding one and they’ll be asking three times more $$ Added were a new gold chain, Brooks leather grips on a replacement set of original handlebars, cruiser tires/new tubes. All else is factory original. Brooks double sprung leather seat, dynamo front hub and headlight, rear steel rack, locking front fork (no key)all original. The labeling and markings (decals) are all intact ( try finding one like that) and the frame has been rubbed with boiled linseed oil to bring some shine to the patina. Definitely a unique and clean example. NO rust!Not a junker like the many out there. Fit compatible for riders around 5’8” and up . Seat is adjustable and the handle bars can easily be inverted for a more upright riding position if desired…. Reduced the price and selling for way less than what I have into it ($450) so please don’t bother asking! IT’S UNDER PRICED TO SELL!! Don’t believe it? then compare and see.
