9-piece dining table and chairs set, Bayside Furnishings by Whalen, brand new

9-piece dining set, wood + leather chair seats, brand new, (expandable table + 8 chairs) still sealed in the box, purchased from Costco a while ago. Costco no longer have it, they only sell the smaller version - 7-piece dining set - now). Table is heavy, high quality, measures 95" long without leaf and 113" with the extension leaf. We bought it without measuring and found out the hard way (and too late) that the table without extension leaf is almost as big as our little dining room.... We need a smaller one. Original Costco price was $1,400. Serious inquiries only, please, no low-balling, $700 is half of what the original price was already. Cash only. Please make sure you bring either a full-size minivan or a truck, and help to move it - the table alone is very heavy (close to 300 lbs).
