To try and make a long story short, buying a bike from Brothers is super easy and a good experience. Having insurance work done there has been a nightmare.
My bike was in a hit-and-run in the early summer of '24, months before I moved out of state. They told me I would have my bike back, 100%, before October. Due to disagreements between Brothers and my insurance, that did not happen. The bike ended up actually being "completed" early 2025, and I had to ask a friend to bring it to my parents' house, so I could come back to Washington and pick it up when I could.
Fastforward to May of '25, I visit Washington to pick up my bike. I honestly don't know what was fixed. The whole front end was still tweaked, new damage was found on the handlebar risers, etc. I ended up calling Brothers, and to their credit, they did get the bike back in shop fairly quickly. They ended up having conversations with my insurance to figure out what was missed, and fixed the issues. They told me they went through some changes with staffing, and lots of things changed in a short amount of time.
Then, after it was supposedly fixed this time, my same friend went to collect the bike and bring it to my parents' house again. As he pulled into the driveway, both left and right bolts on the top triple clamp fell out. Left side, all the way. Right side, most of the way. This could have caused a major accident, to say the least. I called Brothers after my friend had told me what happened, and all they told me is they'll put the photos in their record. This wasn't very assuring, and only leads me to wonder how many bikes are leaving their lot with crucial parts not secured. I'm not sure where their QC is, but it needs to be better.
I'm giving them a 2/5, only because they do make it easy to purchase a bike, and everyone there is friendly. But being friendly doesn't cover making a potentially fatal mistake, and then telling me they'll "put it in their records". Do better, guys. Thanks for the good you've done, but come on.

Picked up my bike and got it fixed while respecting my wallet. Service writer was very helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and how they fixed it.

While I think there should have been some better internal communication between service and sales, ultimately everything worked out alright.

Still happy with the overall result. Would recommend due to the service department being diligent in resolving the bikes issues even though they were down a person due to a crash.

The service team is great and quick to resolve my issues. They always work to get your bike scheduled and fixed quick the first time.

Nico was incredibly helpful, making sure i got a good deal on my trade in to get my R3. A great dealership all around !!!

Ian (Salesman) and Michael (finance) made this an absolutely amazing experience. I had been watching this bike for weeks. I absolutely love love love the titanium metallic paint once I decided to buy the bike I contacted Ian at Brothers, I told him what I wanted and needed in the deal and from the bike and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Once I arrived at the dealer I was greeted by Ian and Michael to go over the bike then Michael stepped in with my options for financing being so friendly and outgoing! Both of these team members made this experience fun, exciting, and memorable. I will, hands down recommend this dealer to friends and family and always return here for any future purchases!
