Purchased a lemon on 10-30-24 I’ve been at there repair shop 2x already Nathan completely dismissive .Here’s a refined version of your message:

I purchased a car from your dealership, and from the very start, it had issues. Driving home, I experienced severe shaking when trying to stop the car. I called Nathan, who transferred me to what I assumed was the in-house repair shop. I spoke with Mike, who instructed me to come in but failed to explain that I needed to go to a different location. After driving from New Jersey, I arrived only to be redirected to another place. After a supposed repair, the issue persisted. I returned, but the problem still wasn’t fixed, and I had to schedule another appointment.

Later, I received a call regarding my review, pressuring me to take it down or face denial of repair services. This approach is completely unacceptable. Not only did your team fail to take responsibility or apologize, but demanding I remove my review to receive help crosses a line.

Under 15 U.S. Code 1605(a), finance charges must be fully disclosed. By failing to address and repair these issues, you have breached this trust, which I believe constitutes fraud. I’ve contacted an attorney to review this matter further. Nathan, this behavior won’t go unaddressed.

Nathan’s rebuttal claimed that the car “sat unused,” but it’s clear that everything on it is aftermarket, indicating corners were cut. After signing the contract, it feels like I’m dealing with hidden issues and subpar modifications. I had to pay out of pocket for new front brakes today, and I’ll still need to replace the rear brakes soon. This was confirmed by the BMW dealership. Warranty does not apply to aftermarket products #receipts BUYERS BEWARE…

Rich and Q was amazing today. We had a bunch of technical difficulties with our trade in and they helped us with each part.  From the time we walked in the door the energy was there from all the employees. They were also very knowledgeable made the drive from Brooklyn worth it

Dealership is dishonest. I emailed and called numerous times about a vehicle before we made the drive. I was told the vehicle is inspected and any issues are fixed. I even asked about crack in the bumper and was assured everything was fixed. The vehicle had a damaged tail light, trim damages and the front bumper needed replaced. The front tires were at the minimum to pass inspection. They were only offering $750 off. The inside has crusted candy on the seat and armrest. When I called I inquired about fees and was told it’s only a $995. I used their financial calculator on the website which did not include the $995. When I showed them, he didn’t even know it was his website. The sticker price was 26,850 and out the door 33,000. They also wanted to run my credit before giving a breakdown of the price. Dishonest and shady! Do not buy from them.
