RARE 1950’s Antique Swordfish TV Lamps Lane and Company CA Van Nuys. These are some of the most sought after TV lamps. Lamp #2 is extremely rare due to it being produced and released by the artists with no planter. #1 has a small chip on planter as shown and #2 appears to have had the bulb attachment repaired. I have removed the original light bulb socket and wiring for safety. These original plugs are not polarized. Between that and age of wiring I will not sell with original electrical fixtures. These can be purchased and replaced for a few dollars at any Home Depot, Lowes, etc. This auction is for purchase of both, two (2) lamps. I am liquidating my collection. I will not ship due to the fragile nature of these pieces. I would be heartbroken if they were damaged or destroyed. I will deliver in person within reasonable distance. Lamp #2 is very rarely seen as it is that uncommon. Check the TV lamp collector books or web sites. This lamp alone at auction could potentially fetch a price of $500+. I’m planning a new chapter, consistent with a minimalist lifestyle. All my collections will be up for auction a group at a time. This is a great opportunity for a serious collector as I’ve only held on to the best.
