At no point during our process did George pressure us. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He explained everything in terms we understood. Made us feel comfortable and relaxed. If you go into the California Motors Direct in Santa Ana ask for George and you’ll leave with the car you want knowing you were treated great!!!

Hussein is the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and made sure that we were happy with the vehicle. He didn’t rush us and walked us through the entire car buying process explaining every detail. We will be back to buy another vehicle from him.

Removing Stars. ( Service after Sale has continued to be Horrible with the Montclair location ). Purchased a BMW on 9/20/25 car was Delivered to Home 2 days Later after the Purchase with ‘Light Sensors On the Dashboard,, yet they still Delivered ( definitely not good judgement on the Dealer’s behalf ). My wife has been working with Mgr Albert & still has not followed through in communicating the status of pending Batteries- now being 3 weeks.

Be aware with this Dealer, once Sale is made & problems occur with your vehicle being only 2 days after purchasing, the Service you get is entirely different since they got your money.
