Its an older mattress that has been well taken of. Mattress is clean. No stain. No sagging. Boxspring and Mattress are very heavy. They don't make good quality mattresses like these anymore. This set will continue to last. Metal bed frame is included. New bottom cloth on bottom of Boxspring and new corner bumpers. Delivery available in local area for $50. Thanks for viewing.
