Description

Vintage Hoover Model 54 vacuum, #545785 on the front metal identification plate with Hoover's old advertising slogan, "It Beats - as it Sweeps - as it Cleans." It's possibly from the 1950s era, but unconfirmed. The vacuum has been tested and does operate in good working condition, but is not exactly practical anymore for legitimate cleaning purposes. It would better serve as decor. The black upright handle is manually adjustable. The metal housing is in good condition, but has some oxidation and normal wear from storage. Asking $100 or best offer. Sold as-is with no refunds.
