Vintage Dresser ( Faux Apothecary)

This vintage dresser has been redesigned into an apothecary chest of drawers. The 4 spacious drawers have been conditioned inside and outside of the drawer boxes. The drawer fronts have been divided into 6 segments each for a total of 24 segments. Each drawer has 6 apothecary pulls/labels. It has a new base with routered design for a professional nicely finished edge. The piece has been stained in a custom mixed stain color in a combination of Espresso and Antique Walnut. Overtop the rich brown stain color there are black painted ethereal vignettes that have been blended beautifully. The vignettes encompass the top, front, and sides of the piece. The entire piece was then given a soft black wash. It was seIaled in a Satin Polyurethane for a durable and gorgeous finish. The all new antiqued brass hardware contrasts beautifully with the ebony over warm, rich brown hues. The wood grain is mesmerizing and bold on its top, drawer fronts, and its new base. Intentional markings were impressed upon the entire piece to add to its charm and pull the design together. This piece tells a story even if it's design is intentional. It has many years ahead to assist in memory making and to warm the heart of its new owner. This stunning apothecary dresser whispers comfort . It's old worn apoearance and the glow of the wood in the light of day or under the warmth of a lit candle is enchanting. It's a cozy little piece that already feels like home.
