VERY SOFT & COMFORTABLE Leather Power Reclining Loveseat, color: Grey. Has a few tears that can be patched, from the movers which were some of my family members and friends, trying to get it out my small entry door and over a fence that lead to my driveway. Recliners operation is in good working condition. Trying to close out my storage unit or downsize due to monthly storage rental rates frequently increasing. You will need 2-3 people to lift this beast, but it’s well worth it. You’ll need a long bed truck or moving truck/van. Sofa is currently safely stored at my storage unit at Public Storage located at 13461 Rosecrans Ave Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. Gate Hours are Mon. - Sun., 6AM - 9PM.
