*Collectors* Lawsuit 1974 Ibanez Deluxe 59er Model 2342 Solid mahogany body with Maple top made in Japan. Set up perfectly with 10 46 strings & sounds and plays amazing. Most of the (gold) hardware has been changed out over the years. Has the usual blemishes but in great shape for being 51 years old. One of the best playing guitars I've picked up in a long time. Family owned for last 35 years. Comes with original case (that's seen better days.) Current pickups: Epiphone ProClassic Alnico Guitar Pickups. Nice sounding SPLITTABLE PAF replicas both with 8.1 ohms output. Think slightly hotter than early 50's PAF. Has Chrome covers. The Quick Connect Wiring Harness set includes 2 Alpha full size 500k pots, 2 Alpha push-pull 500k pots THAT CAN SPLIT THE PICKUPS TO SINGLE COIL STRAT STYLE PICKUPS!! 2 0.022uF caps. At the time Hoshino Gakki designed replicas to perfection and used exceptional woods and materials, creating fantastic instruments. Instruments manufactured by Ibanez between 1970 and 1977 are called lawsuit instruments and have great value from a collectible point of view. In 1978, immediately after the lawsuit, Ibanez began manufacturing and selling self-designed instrument models we all know.
