I originally left a detailed and positive review for this dealership based on my sales experience. Unfortunately, my follow-up visit has completely changed my perspective.

I came back regarding my temporary tags after doing research and consulting with the DMV. I learned the dealership has the discretion and authority to issue an extension or second set when plates are delayed. This is a common and straightforward process.

When I arrived, I was directed to a staff member named Tyler. Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility and attitude. His tone was aggressive, dismissive, and condescending—as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. When I asked to speak with the title clerk, he refused and told me there was no reason to bother her.

I eventually tried to find the title clerk myself, only to be met with more rudeness and unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members. I was talked over, accused of creating the argument, and made to feel like a pest simply for asking for help with an issue the DMV itself had directed me back to the dealership to resolve. Even the title clerk, when located, was dismissive and unwilling to help. Learning the owner is the father/ grandfather of the staff responsible helps to see why they feel so free to treat customers that way.

This experience was disheartening. I had gone out of my way to praise this dealership in my first review, only to be treated with blatant disrespect by staff who didn’t know me, didn’t care to listen, and apparently didn’t value basic customer service.

The owner deserves to know this is how their business is being represented when they’re not present. No customer should be treated as though their questions are a burden. Until this culture is addressed, I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership, and if I could give less than one star for this visit, I would.

I highly recommend.. they were very good to work with. Tyler and Chris were very helpful. I had problems come up and they fixed without question weeks after the sell. Really good people

Doc worked to help us find the Tahoe we wanted, very nice and professional, I’m hard to deal with so he’s a great guy lol! Highly recommend!

We just purchased a 2018 Durango rt. The salesmen we're easy and great to work with. Will be doing more Business with them.

Doc was great.  He assisted me without pressure.  Even helped get the paperwork to my husband.
