I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior I encountered from the Service Advisor Nancy Barajas. She was not only rude but also dismissive in her comments, which left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

I recently purchased my car last year, and it is still under the dealership's guarantee. I brought it in for servicing, expecting the same level of service I was promised when I bought the car. However, I was informed that they could not provide a loaner vehicle, which is an inconvenience for me. This was especially surprising given that when I purchased the car, they spoke highly of their services and the guarantees they offer. Unfortunately, their actions did not reflect those promises.

I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated, and I hope they can improve both their customer service and the execution of the guarantees they advertise.

Customer service by Tim was top notch. He resolved a repair dispute for me efficiently, and provided updates in real time. Thank you Tim for superb customer service, and going the extra mile for a “loyal customer”!

I have purchased 5 cars from Cerritos Infiniti since 2008. I came in hoping to buy a used car, but felt that I wasn't taken care of the same way the "old" Infiniti did.  Ayleen is the only reason there are two stars, she was helpful and knowledgeable.  Then came in Omar...he was short and not really looking to make a deal, at least that's the way he presented himself.  We made an offer and was told no and was not provided a counter offer of any type.  Seriously disappointed to say the least.  We definitely will not be going back to Nissan of Cerritos. The new ownership has completely ruined it for us.

Thank you for getting my service so fast! My cashier was so nice and I feel bad because I forgot her name. But she is always so nice and always a smile on face! Great customer service just to her but everyone!!!
