FREE!!! Antique Victorian Couch & Matching Chair

These were the stuff of my dreams! We lived in Northern Idaho when I saw them in a little store that was going to be torn down due to Highway 95 being widened. I told my husband that Christmas was close & I wanted them. A few days later we went in the little store again & they were gone!!! I asked the guy about them & he told me that some guy came in & bought them for his wife for Christmas. I turned to my husband & said, "you snooze, you lose!". Well... Christmas day arrived & there was that couch & chair! This was 21 years ago & life has taken over & I don't have the energy I once did. Before my oldest brother passed...he had sat on that couch & broke 3 of the springs. He was very heavy.. Of course time has not been so kind to the cushions & they have....well...um...let's just say they need replaced🤔. This is where my lack of energy comes in...I'm needing to put something in my living room that can be used currently. I can only do that if these items are removed...thus the reason you are reading this now. I still love the victorian style & would love it if these were restored. However...that's not happening. Soooo....I'm wanting to re-home them!!! For free!!! We can deliver within a reasonable distance. My children want me to come back with a Christmas Tree when we deliver as there is currently NO room for one. Please be our Christmas Blessing? I have been using all manner of things to try to make the couch useful...that's why you see stuff on the bits of cushion that still exist. The chair has been useful in holding my bedding from a failed waterbed from last Christmas 😵‍💫. But I'm sure I can find another spot for my bedding while we continue our fruitless search for a new bed we can agree on🤪. Until then...air mattresses it is... This app wouldn't let me leave the price at zero...
