This place is a complete joke. Workers will bluntly lie to your face to make a sale.
They have no care for your time or well being/safety. They just want the money… all in will sell you a car they never even looked over by a certified mechanic to deem safe to drive…(unsafe)
horrible work ethic to say the least. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy…

Furthermore, the finance manager is probably the biggest joke of this company. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy..
I’m sorry, but when I’m paying for a vehicle, you can spare me the tasteless jokes and over abundance smell of cheap cologne…

Just sell me a car and be honest. Seems to be a hard trait to find these days..

He even Had the audacity to yell at my wife over the phone because of their mistakes. In all,
he’s upset because my son canceled his extended warranty… it was a few thousand dollars..
We waited several days then called the warranty company.. they said that they have not received a request to cancel yet. Seems like he was purposely dragging his feet.
Then my wife calls to confront simply to ask for the status and he starts getting hot and bothered…

(I would have loved to see this type of enthusiasm when I confronted you about wasting 6 hours of my time for a car purchase.

But yet you wait until my wife calls, and run your mouth rather than be a professional… 👌🏼

this place is a huge disappointment. There are many other places that are more reasonable and reliable…

I wanted to share our overall experienced in this company it was SUPERB. The Director Albert to office manager to the staff our all awesome. They give us the best interest rate and taking care all our concerns to make sure we will be a happy customer. We even meet the owner of All IN AUTO GROUP he is so humble and kind person as well as Albert the company Director. David, Mary and Mohammad went above and beyond. Purchasing our second car here was the best decision we ever made so far. More power to the while team.

Absolute scam. Albert wrote the wrong vehicle on the papers that were granted to the bank, as well as “ forgetting “ to add the warranty to the full price of the car when I paid and signed the papers. SERVICE SCAM- forgot to put my oil cap back on !!! I noticed two days later after an extremely intense smell of gas. I do not recommend dealing with Albert or this unprofessional “ business” being conducted.

Wish I had read the reviews on this dealership before my significant other purchased a vehicle from this horrible poor excuse of car dealership. The representatives are only in constant contact with you until they know you’ve signed, then crickets. Little to no communication about the delivery process and status of delivery. Car was received un-detailed, with a very dirty interior and bad odor. There is sticker residue on the dash they didn’t even bother to clean off. It took about a week to get the car so there was time to detail it. Found black tape on the light on the front passenger side quarter panel. The front driver’s side tire has a ball/knot in it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible!  Hopefully others read these reviews and heed the warnings.

For many it seems like it is a 1 star or a 5 star. I guess it depends on your approach. For me this was a 5 star experience.

I was car searching for a used car to purchase for my father-in-law. Located a used Nissan Altima here at All In Auto Group. I drove down from Santa Barbara and met with Mario. Previously I had sent the dealer a message and I received a response from Mario as we were driving down that the car was still available. Our experience was good. Mario set up an appointment with us. Overall this was the quickest car buying experience ever. We were already pre-approved through our own financing so there was no need to inquire about their financing although they do have that available. Car price was listed as a good deal, and we negotiated a little bit down on the price. I can tell you these guys know what they are doing and they were busy. I recommend going here, especially if you are looking for good used vehicles, clean titles, and big selection.
