This is a California King size tatami bed with two futon mattresses, and an organic latex foam mattress topper. The bed platform, two tatami mats, and two futon mattresses were bought from Murasaki Fine Futon Shop in Piedmont in 2021. The color of the futon mattress covers is maroon. The organic latex foam mattress topper has a white jersey knit cover. It was bought in 2023. All pieces are in great condition, no damage, no marks, no odor, looks new. This is an organic bed with no synthetic chemicals, lightly used by just one person for four years. The total of all the pieces together was around $2,500. I am selling now because I need to downsize, otherwise I love the aesthetic of this bed and that it is healthy, sustainable and organic. The two futon mattresses on their own were a little too firm for me, so I bought the latex foam mattress topper to add some more support. You are welcome to come view the bed. We can take it apart for easier pick up and transport.
