I bought a BMW X3 2.5i at this location. I was under the impression that I bought my vehicle from that car lot but come to find out after 2 days of having the vehicle and it broke down for literally a month with front end suspension work that cost me over $2,000 electrical work that cost me over another $2,000 I didn't get a good deal at all I called and talked to the owner of the car lot only to find out that the two gentlemen who took my money for the vehicle didn't work there the owner of this car lot then told me that's what I get for buying cars off of Facebook Marketplace when I told him that the reason I chose to buy the car that I did was because I thought I was buying it from his lot he said that wasn't his problem and that the two gentlemen did not work for him that they brought him customers so I was literally left with almost 5,000 worth of repairs on top of the 3000 dollars cash I paid for the vehicle itself so I'm now in the process of hiring an auto fraud lawyer to be reimbursed for the money that I was fraudulently taken for a word of advice to people looking for vehicles on Facebook Marketplace do your homework be sure 100% sure that you know where your vehicle is being bought from and if I were you I wouldn't deal with anyone from this location the guy with the red hair is my boyfriend and he paid for me to have the vehicle for me and our newborn

Horrible customer service. They do not care at all. Didn’t answer the phone for 2 weeks then added 1000$ to my deposit saying the bank changes daily. I needed a car and they simply said sorry for the inconvenience. Be ware of the scammers here horrible dealership full of lies.

Your BUISNESS didn’t answer the phone nor was the place open for a month then changed the down payment and a place that required no credit. Make it make sense. Hi I bought my car from this dealership on 02/07/24 and after I bought my car it was fine for a week then the check engine light turned on and my sensors were going off then my parking light went out and so did my brake light when I showed up to the dealership I was told by Oscar the employee to go to the auto body shop the establishment American auto owned so when I proceeded with that the mechanic tells me he does not do electrical work which kinda confused me because I got sent to him by the dealership for all of the problems I listed but ok then he proceeds to tell me that it’s basic maintenance problems spark plugs which was a lie I never received paper work or any type of documentation for work that was done to my car so to my understanding my car should have been maintenanced and checked before I drove off the lot for any spark plug issues for any transmission issues and for anything else while I was in my 90 days which I was told was not gonna be an issue to fix bc I was in my 90 days of buying the car which Oscar explained to me. On 04/06/24 my check engine light popped back on again which was odd bc I only had the car for not even 3 months and this is the 2nd time something is wrong with the car so while I was trying to get in contact with anyone from the establishment my 90 days was over and I showed up the lot was empty and I was told by police and associates from the mechanic shop that the dealership was now shutdown and permanently closed I came back multiple times and the cameras on the lot can see that still not one associate or owner I pay $334 added with $214 for insurance so that’s $548 a month that I spend for a car that has transmission issues electrical issues and more and I was not told about my apr or anything involving about payments from credit acceptance. I tried to contact them in regards of what to do with the vehicle because it is now struggling to drive and they want $3,585 at the jeep dealership to fix the car because my warranty does not cover it which I was told by credit acceptance and the dealership that my warranty could be used and would be fine but was lied too. No dealership or shop will touch my car because of the electrical issues going on with it and bc they have never heard of the warranty I was given i placed a complaint with the bureau but was told that the dealership was now in business again but I haven’t been able to get in contact with them in over 5 months but all of a sudden when credit acceptance calls they are able to pick up the phone and are back in business I will be filing another complaint and more also I went to multiple shops like meineke and pep boys and was told that the issues were most likely there when I bought the car and that the radio is causing electrical failure in the car which the dealership was the one that installed
