Description
Beautifully hand painted 9" bowl signed by artist C. C. Hulme, who had a china painting studio in Baltimore, MD in the 1890s and early 20th century. Charlotte C Hulme was a well-known local artist who served as an art judge for various fairs in Maryland before passing in 1939. Double scalloped/ruffled edges trimmed in gold. Base of bowl is also trimmed in gold. Minor wear and a few small scratches on the gold trim. No chips or cracks. Pick up in Forest Hill MD, please.
