This is a vintage Vernon Kilns Lei Lani platter, designed by Don Blanding, a Hawaiian poet. It was produced in the 1940s and is known for its intricate floral design. This platter is part of a popular dinnerware line that was available from 1938 to 1942. It is a 14-inch round platter with a transfer-printed center and border, with hand-painted details. The design includes a central lotus flower surrounded by various other flowers in white, pink, and blue.
