This lot includes: 1935 $1 Silver Certificate (Series S) Military medals (see photos) Letter with connection to Pearl Harbor and the USS California According to my research, Robert Sutherland served on the USS California during the Pearl Harbor attack. The items appear consistent with that history and have been looked over by experts I’ve spoken with. These pieces are being sold together, as-is, for their historical and collectible value only.
