Title: Estella and the Whispering Woods ⸻ Page 1 Once upon a twinkle, in the glimmering town of Luminaria, lived a bright and curious girl named Estella. She was six years old, loved glitter gumdrops, had a sparkly unicorn named Glitzy, and—most of all—loved answering questions. Every question. All the time! ⸻ Page 2 At school, Estella’s hand zoomed up faster than a shooting star. Her voice? Big and bold—like a parade of trumpets in the hallway. Whether she knew the answer or not, she just had to be part of the moment. Her classmates liked her energy… but sometimes, their own voices felt like they were shrinking, hiding behind her shine. ⸻ Page 3 One morning, Miss Luna, their starlit teacher, handed out glowing maps. “Today,” she said with a knowing smile, “we’re going somewhere special. The Whispering Woods. A place where voices live.” The class gasped. Even Glitzy whinnied with excitement. ⸻ Page 4 With a shimmer of light and a sprinkle of magic dust, Glitzy appeared in front of the school. Behind her, the Whisper Carriage was ready to take Stella and her classmates to the enchanted forest on the other side of Hollering Hill. Estella felt frightened at first but remembered she would have Glitzy by her side. Glitzy saw Estella’s nervous look and used some magic words of encouragement to help reassure Estella. “Let’s go,” she whispered. “Your voice has a journey to take.” Estella hopped on her back, and together they galloped right over that Hollering Hill right into the glowing trees of the Whispering Woods. ⸻ Page 5 Inside, the woods sparkled with sound and color. Voices danced between the trees—some giggling, some roaring, some barely whispering at all. They weren’t just sounds… they were shapes. A turquoise voice twirled like ribbon softly humming to itself. A red one bounced quickly from tree to tree shouting, “ME! ME! LISTEN TO ME!” Estella’s eyes widened. “Are those… people’s voices?” ⸻ Page 6 Then, from a beam of golden light, floated a swirling shape—calm, warm, and glowing. Little tiny ears followed closely beneath, sure to not miss a sound. “I am Power,” said the golden voice. “The Voice that Speaks with Purpose.” Estella tilted her head and thought “wow, the whole forest is paying attention to Power but he’s barely talking! . “But you’re so… quiet. With everyone listening, don’t you want to talk more?” ⸻ Page 7 Power smiled gently. “Speaking with purpose means waiting for the right moment and carefully considering my words before they leave my mouth. I can still be silly but I never speak to steal attention, ESPECIALLY when someone else is talking. Instead, I listen. And when I listen, I find I have more to say!! Estella looked over to the red voice named Chatter. He was spinning in circles, shouting nonsense, even when Power was speaking already saying things like : “Blah! Blah! Bananas! Blah!” But no one seemed to notice him anymore. He was fading like fog in the sunlight. ⸻ Page 8 “He’s so loud,” Estella said softly. “Why doesn’t anyone hear him?” “Because he speaks just to speak,” Power replied. “But a voice isn’t about volume—it’s about value. Words have weight when they’re chosen with care.” Estella felt a flutter in her chest. She thought of all the times she spoke without thinking… just to be part of the noise. ⸻ Page 9 She closed her eyes and imagined her words as sparkles. What if she saved her sparkles for when it mattered most? What if her words could light up a room… instead of just fill it? She opened her eyes and smiled. “I want to speak like you,” she said to Power. ⸻ Page 10 When Estella returned to class, she still raised her hand—of course she did! But now, she listened first. She waited. And when she finally spoke, her words rang out like bells. The class leaned in. Even Miss Luna smiled wider. ⸻ Page 11 And something amazing happened: The quiet kids began to raise their hands, too. Their voices—once shy—began to shine. And Estella? She didn’t lose her sparkle. She just learned how to let it glow at the perfect time. ⸻ Page 12 Because her voice didn’t just make sound anymore. It made magic. And that made her the brightest star in all of Luminaria. The End.
