This is the IKEA Klippan Loveseat; originally bought for $320 with tax. It’s current colored cover is army green, which is easily removable and machine washable. If you don’t prefer the color, the best part is that Ikea makes 20+ other covers that are sold separately, so you can get a deal on this couch and then change the color! I have a ton of listings like this right now with brand new house furnishings. I tried out Airbnb Hosting for about 6mo and my unit didn’t get many listings, so now I’m switching to a long-term rental and selling all the brand new furniture I bought for the Airbnb. Everything, including this loveseat, has almost never been touched — like new condition! And even better, unlike getting it from IKEA and then assembling it yourself, this is already built!
