I had one of the best experiences with Inside Car Guys. I just bought a car from their new location in ventura and could not be happier. Chris and Precious and Kim were all so informative, helpful, understanding, and kind. They were so clear on what my options were and really helped me walk out with the best option for me and my daughter. They answered any and all questions that I had. They allowed me to inspect the vehicles and test drive with no issues. I had went in about a week ago on 01/31/2025 The process of purchasing a vehicle from here was really good , the fact that I have a suspended license. The people and atmosphere seemed welcoming.

Unfortunately on 02/05/2025 as shown in the pictures I had found some type of medication in the vehicle , I went ahead and called the dealership to notify them what I had found. They seemed shocked as well and Brendan explained he would send someone over to thoroughly inspect it and go through it.

I never heard back from them after trying to follow up on the car and no luck. I called the bank and was told they canceled the purchase on 02/03/2025 and they were surprised as well that I was not aware of the cancellation , as I still had it in my possession until 02/05/2025 , now I’m told by one of the salesman that it’s been repoed for no license but were very aware I had a suspended license as to why the salesman Spencer drove it off the lot and handed me the key since I wasn’t allowed to drive it off the lot.

I’m completely confused and still haven’t heard back on what to expect next. Do I still make payments? Am I getting the deposit back ? On the finance application they said I was putting down $4000 but really only put $2000 and they said it was okay that I pay them the other $2000 next pay period. If you’re looking for a car , be cautious with this place. Many people say they had a good experience but this was the worst byfar.

I had a great experience when buying a car here. The staff was very nice and courteous. Christian and Brendan are the best! When I walked in they let me take a very good look at the car and let me inspect everything on it. I even brought a big list of things I wanted to check and they let me go through every square inch of the car, inside out and the engine. Afterwards we went for a test drive and they let me do anything with the car. Hard starts, hard stops, hard turns, we went on the highway and on small roads and they even let me test driving without holding the steering wheel to see that the car didn't pull either way.

I also like that they have the carfax for every car on their website. that way you can check for title brands/status (clean salvage rebuilt, etc) accidents, maintenance records (That is if the previous owner took the car to a place that updates records) and overall condition of the car.

When I was inspecting the car it had a slight issue with the rear passenger window, it would go up and go back down immediately (common issue in this gen Camry ) and I brought it up to their attention and they fixed that right away!

The environment inside is very nice, very homely setting and very nicely decorated. They have an arcade racing game and snacks as well. You HAVE to see their gorgeous aquarium!

The process was easy and quick, they let you know of everything and you also get to spin a prize wheel at the end, I got a free car wash/detail so I got to drive a shiny car off the lot!

Overall, I would recommend going here!
