IF YOU CANNOT COME LOOK AT THE TRAILER BEFORE MAKING A LUDICROUS OFFER,, I WILL NOT REPLY!!!! 2012 Rockwood pop-up I bought in 2019. I’ve used it two or three times. It’s been sitting for the last three years or so. GVWR 5576 Dry weight 3247 Cargo shouldn’t weigh more than 2291. It has a toy-hauler area up front with built in ramps that measure 103”L x 84”W. Total trailer length, hitch to spare tire at rear is 26’. It has heated mattresses. Indoor and outdoor showers. An indoor restroom with waste cassette. Sink, three burner stove and water heater. Electric roof up/down. Diamond plate front storage box. New batteries with a small solar panel to keep them charged. It has a furnace and AC unit. The AC needs to be replaced. Blower fan works. The tires were installed right before it was parked. The dining area is the slide out making it a very good size inside. $6,200.00 obo Selling as is.
