Very well built, we just need a coat of paint, maybe some new knobs, but needs a new home, we are remodeling. It’s pretty heavy, two people would have to haul away, free for the first one who wants it. I cannot help with hauling it down, but it is on the second floor bedroom, we are in Westchester. Will need large SUV or pick up truck.
