This is used a queen bedroom set . What you see in the pictures is what you get including both top and bottom mattress. The small drawer is missing two knobs but you can still open it and it is designed not to have a top drawer. You can put things like books there. One of the dresser hinges drawer is off but you can probably adjust it .
