I ordered this a couple months ago for my daughter's birthday next month. I didn't set it up until now and it's just way too big to comfortably fit in her play room. I'm outside of the return window and currently out $199+tax on this one. I have the box if you need it. Additional Notes: It's constructed from birch and poplar wood in a white and natural non-toxic finish. This is a GREENGUARD Gold certified item, so it's free from over 10,000 chemical emissions and VOCs. We're a pet free, non-smoking, non-vaping, low-tox home, so don't worry about this thing being exposed to anything gross in the meantime. We'll be hiding it in a spare room away from our toddler so she never even sees it, so no need to worry about sticky fingers or germs on it either. Asking $150 OBO. I'll need this out of my guest room by Dec. 8 so I'm super motivated to offload it.
