We had been looking for this type of vehicle for a while and found a good selection at car hero. We drove a little over an hour to check it out. The vehicles were clean and serviced and we were allowed to have our own mechanic take a peek although we declined.

The atmosphere was relaxed, low pressure.

Communication was great throughout the day while we were talking to our bank.

And we are still happy with our cars a month later!

I have a love hate relationship with my car... I love what I got but I hate that I've had problems with it since the day after I signed the paperwork. Both the repair shop and the parts store have told me the issues I'm dealing with weren't out of nowhere and it's clear that someone rigged the car just enough to hide the issues until it was used for long term driving.

Do your due diligence and take the car to a mechanic (like on the test drive) before signing anything otherwise you might end up putting more money into the car than you pay them for it...

I was looking for a car for about 2 months, and I had trouble at every dealership EXCEPT Car Hero! I looked at two different cars they had in stock: both were reasonably priced for their condition. One would have cost too much for maintenance (for my budget!) But the other was a great cost and in great condition! Service is lovely, everyone who works there is super kind and helpful! Glad to say after so long looking I finally have a great car and it's all thanks to Car Hero! Definitely recommend!
