I had shopped many used-car dealers over two days; the sales people all had been courteous and informative. Sam at Prime, however, offered several valuable insights the others didn't. He patiently allowed me to sit behind the wheel of first one, then two and finally a third car. He asked what _specifically_ in a car seating and all-around visibility from the driver's seat enabled me to find the best of the three.

It was quick and easy and he negotiated with me and didn’t make me feel taken advantage of or like he was being pushy.even with the following id for sure still purchase from this lot.
I did think it was odd he hadn’t given me his name. I did do my test drive alone as well.
After purchasing the vehicle I had taken it to jiffy lube for a vehicle inspection and they informed me I had a leak and would need to have the oil pan gasket replaced. After a few phone calls I came to the conclusion it’s going to cost me anywhere from $400-$700. I purchased a 03 Mazda Tribute and it had only been listed for about three days. It was very clean on the inside and had one owner prior to me with only 159k miles so I still feel it was a good deal with it costing 5k including the taxes and fees. A bit frustrated with it needing immediate work but it could of been a lot worse.
It’s been 9 days and I’m just waiting for the license plate and official documents still in the mail.

Sam was great. Plenty of options in my price range. I found just the car for me. He made the transaction seamless. I was in and out very quickly with a reliable vehicle. Great car buying experience.
