However, La Marzocco has taken this feature a step further with the integration of their Auto-Brew Ratio function. This optional add-on integrates precision scales directly into the machine’s drip tray to improve espresso consistency by stopping the extraction based on mass. The KB90 then uses an algorithm called Drip Prediction to improve shot accuracy and make dialing your shots in easier than ever.
