1995 meade starfinder 12.5 dob 317.5mm diameter x 1525mm focal length f/4.9 Tried and true old school light bucket with a ton of upgrades and gives amazing views. Upgrades consist of: Gso dual speed 10:1 crayford focuser Telrad reflex finder with dew shield plus Base for a rigel systems finder is mounted but no rigel Upgraded spider vane tightening knobs Upper 1/3 of the inner tube is flocked Handle mounted to the side of the ota for easier ota/rocker box separation Astrosystems ptfe altitude bearings Astrosystems ptfe azimuth bearings Frp material mounted to underside of rocker box for super smooth frp/ptfe movement Astrosystems pivot kit with custom hand knob Bob's knobs collmination knobs for primary mirror Rubber feet added to the bottom of the mirror cell so you can lift the ota from the rocker box and set it standing up on the ground Custom made counter weights that allow you to take weight away depending on eyepiece weight. Very good balancing system Old tiny foot pegs on the bottom of mount removed and replaced with larger rubber feet Reinforced rocker box with an extra piece of white wood Scopestuff eyepiece tray mounted to rocker box Does not come with the pictured wood dolly its sitting on.
