Vintage gold tone triangular compact

Vintage gold tone, triangular shaped, mirrored compact has mini round sifter and mini round powder applicator. The applicator has a tiny off color spot that has to be an age related thing since this has never been used. The inside compartment lid snaps securely shut and opens with the flick of the finger. The outside lid snaps shut but won’t stay shut - I believe a small adjustment would fix this issue. The outside finish is a gold mini weave pattern and matches the inside of the case. Comes with felt protector pouch and original gift box. No signs of damage or use. My father gave this to my mother circa 1940.
