Matthew and his team were not the typical used car salesmen. They were very relaxed and easy to negotiate with. Buying a truck has never been easier. I looked at a few trucks on Facebook marketplace, but didn’t have the confidence in the sellers like I did with Bright Auto. It was an easy and seamless buying process. I don't know who put all these 5 star ratings because it's the total opposite!! Stay far away from these scammed. I spent 3 days of my time negotiating & ended up getting  my business partner to sign because he has good credit so we won't have to pay a down payment & they wanted us to sign the paperwork but didn't want me to take the truck to get looked at by my mechanic!!! ( red flag) THEN continued to tell me how a guy bought a truck from them and went on the road and didn't make any payments & messed their truck up & bla bla bla...And this is after they tried to get me to sign for a truck that I test drove & the transmission was bad. Told me "it's been sitting on the lot & just needs to be driven". Sir who buys a truck that's not shifting gears on your word that it will start working correctly? NO THANKS!!!

Van was delivered from Houston to RGV and they orchestrated everything.
