I have two modern, teddy-bear fabric, glam couches that are super comfortable/made with memory foam with washable cushion covers - less than a year old and only selling because I’m moving. The two seater has never been sat on lol. The couch has a really nice comfortable depth to it. Originally over $1000 for the pair. I’ll be including the pillows and pillow covers as well. You’ll need at least two people and a dolly. You can park right on the fifth floor, which is the same floor they’re located on and carry them up the hallway, and load them onto your truck, or the building has an elevator down to the first floor. I’m located on Main and jamboree.
