Condition : EXCELLENT near mint condition - One Owner - Very well cared for collection - Hard to find a better looking (12) pc set - Figurines are perfect - Boxes all look great which is surprising as some of them are 40+ years old - Structurally sound w/ only very minor edge & shelf wear - All foam inserts are clean. Also have the original wood stable with the angel that hangs as shown in 2nd photo. Hallmarked : "Avon Nativity Collectibles, All Rights Reserved" & signed by the artist "M.A".
