Lightning McQueen Power Wheels Upgraded speed and working headlights/taillights

Selling a Cars 1 Lightning Mcqueen modified Power Wheels. Stock comes with 6v and has only 1 speed (3.5 mph) forward and reverse. I upgraded to 12V and added new shifter for 2 speeds hi (about 6mph) and low/reverse (3.5 mph). This car is lots of fun and works much better on grass now. Has a lockout screw to restrict higher speed for little ones until they are ready. I also added functioning headlights and taillights. Upgrades were done correctly, I upgraded the entire wiring harness to higher gauge to handle the 12V load and updated with a 3 position shifter ( Hi/Low/Rev), installed 30amp self resetting breaker and then ran a separate line with 5amp inline fuse for the 12v headlights and taillights. Battery upgraded to a 12V 18amp hour (2-3 times longer battery life over stock battery). I ran 2 switches, 1 to turn the lights on/off and the other one to turn car on/off. Added a magnetic mount to the back so kids could attach/remove a license plate with their name (kids loved this). Can see all features in the pictures. Car has normal wear and tear for a couple year old power wheels, some stickers have cuts/tears and starting to peal, scratches on the wheels. No sun damage as was either stored in garage or covered under a cover on the back patio. Upgrades were done just this last Christmas and battery was purchased new at that time. I will add a 12v charger if the price is right. Wiring harness, shifter and lights all purchased from ML Toys (mltoys.com) and battery from gruberpower. Only selling as kids have two Lightning McQueen and want to try something else. Paid over $150 on the upgrades alone a few months ago, Asking $120 firm. Not interested in any trades.
