Brooklyn Bedding mattress, Thomas Payne electric recliners, all new remote control fans (intake/exhaust) with roof covers throughout (galley, bathroom & bedroom). Two smart TVs. 15,000 BTU AC keeps it ice cold. Frameless windows. Gas/electric refrigerator and hot water heater. Surround sound with outdoor speakers. Outside shower. Electric awning (fabric in excellent condition). Empty weight 5910 lbs. GVWR 7740 lbs. Brand new batteries, 10 ply Goodyear Endurance tires and new, complete bearings this spring (have receipt). Everything works as it should. No leaks. Clean and well-kept. Never lived or smoked in. Solid & pulls great. Clear AZ title. Private party.
