We have owned this camper for 14 years, always stored indoors. We typically only used it 2X per summer. Tires and spare were replaced brand new in 2017. Amenities include a three burner stove, built-in indoor cooler, LP furnace and thermostat, toilet, sink, lp refrigerator, AC connections and battery, water tank and shower and the typical bunk on each end with the dining area that folds down for an additional child's bed. Dimensions are: (folded 6'6" X 13'4") (open 6'6" X 23').
