My sister and I had to unexpectedly buy a new car after getting into an accident and our car getting totaled. A couple of days later we found the most perfect used car on their website. Ricky helped us with test driving it and the next day we met with Daniella and Terrence to purchase the car. Everyone we met and talked to was so kind and helpful. I couldn’t have picked a better place to buy a car from the dealership for the first time. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful and can’t recommend the three people above enough. Thank you, we love our car!!

Alexis was my service advisor. He did a fantastic job listening and taking notes on the issues I raised with my car. He also gave me updates and I was very satisfied with the service. Everything got resolved in a timely manner. Also, John one of the service advisor assisted me when I was dropping off my car.  Appreciate those two. I’ll be back for sure.

Although this was the second Subaru I bought at AutoNation Subaru, I was very nervous.  I have been debt free for 10 years. I bought my previous Subaru Forester in 2011, which I was not going to trade-in because we are still using it.  Which says alot about Subarus. Even though I have been saving for a new car, Larry S. (salesman) and Shaun (in finance) had to convince me a 2018 Outback was the right car and now was the right time.  Which they did without pressure.  Not that it didn't take awhile, we didn't leave until a little after closing time, I walked out happy.  I LOVE my new car and the payments, to my surprise, are very doable.  It was a very good experience overall.  If I should need another car, this place is still my first choice.

Recently bought a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness and appreciate the way the Carlsbad AutoNation team worked with me in order to get the exact car I wanted.

Really want to thank Christy, Fabio and Sean for taking the time to make sure when I drove off the lot with my new car, I was satisfied with my decision.
