I had a great experience with my Toyota purchase at the Cerritos Toyota. Vincent who was my sales guy did a great job walking me through the vehicle during the test drive and all the extras that came with it. Vincent even made sure things were taken care of while my new car was being detailed. He stayed through the whole long process which didnt end until after 10pm even though he should've already been off. There were some items that needed to be taken care of after the purchase and he stayed on top of it and continued to keep me updated. Vincent was very nice, professional, and helpful through it all. I came into the dealership not sure what to expect when buying my GR Corolla but the salesman Brian Nguyen was very accommodating in leading me through the purchase process. There was NO MARKUP on the car which is a very rare thing considering the considering the model. (Buy it used). The financial department was also very accommodating when figuring out the different options to pay and can instantly switch up on strategies if needed be. Yesterday we came here after shopping around at a bunch of dealerships, and finally bought my new car here thanks to the amazing service. Our salesman, Sang Ngo, was fantastic, he made sure the whole process went smoothly, gave us a great deal, and there wasn’t too much haggling. He also took the time to explain the differences between each package and walked us through the financing options clearly.

I originally expected to buy a used car, but ended up driving home in a brand new one, super happy with the decision! We arrived around 2 PM, and even though it was a bit busy, everything was wrapped up by 6 PM. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend this dealership.
