Stunning modern chrome rocking chair and ottoman: the Ellipse designed by Italian designer, Renato Zevi, manufactured by Selig in the 1970s, and sometimes attributed to Milo Baughman. The original black vinyl fabric is in excellent vintage condition with no tears or wear marks. Chrome is in excellent vintage condition with some light surface rust near crease point of the half ellipse in the ottoman frame. Nearly unnoticeable and easily removable. See close-up photos. The architectural frame cuts a beautiful, low-slung profile and the comfortable curve of the seat make this a perfect lounge chair with modern flash and movement.
