2005 jayco jay flight 23b hybrid camper 4200lbs dry weight (absolute empty with empty tanks and empty propane) 23ft long tongue to bumper ( with pop outs folded up) Easy to tow I towed it with my jeep grand Cherokee from Easley to Myrtle beach with no problems Located in Easley This was a great camper for us for the past 8 years features 2 pop out queen beds a dinette that converts into another queen bed and also a full couch/bed sleeps 7 comfortabley Pros Clean title Brand new roof put on on the inside and out 2 years ago ( $5400 for parts and labor ) Brand new wheels and tires along with new center caps Brand new awning fabric replaced 3/3 has not been used since installing Put all brand new parts for city water hookup cable tv port electrical port new plug and fresh water fill up alone with new pull handle all installed Brand new upgraded 5000lb stabilizer jacks Has lifeproof laminate floors through the living area but not in the bathroom Everything works as it should Cons Small soft spot in front of sink I’m 370lbs and can stand on it fine you can feel it but is not a issue I’ve had it checked by a rv repairman and he said it’s no issue Small hole in one of the cabinets from something being dropped on it I can have it fixed just haven’t got to it with my work schedule Camper will come fully ready to camp pots and pans lights I’m leaving the blackstone griddle in it and the hose to hook it to the camper and use the campers propane it will come with a set of bal x chocks wheel chocks fresh water hose extension cord for 30amp plugs sewer hoses and lots of extras it will also come with the weight distribution hitch Any questions please let me know and we can set up a date and time to come look at it
