After car shopping all day, this place was my final stop. Ray called me just before I arrived insured me that the process would be easy. They also had the car I wanted. He didn’t try to give me anything else but the one I wanted He knew all the details of the car. He has the Carfax ready any questions that I had answered them efficiently the test drive went great. He was fast with the paperwork and he broke down. Everything in the paperwork didn’t try to skim through it he made Sure, I Understood All the paperwork this is the place to go.

My time with Mr. Ferguson, was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable, saved me money, and got me exactly what I wanted. Go by mention my name for the referral and we all win.

Me and my husband went to Gran Turismo to buy a truck last week and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff there were friendly and very helpful. Ray, in particular, went above and beyond in finding us a good deal and getting us approved for financing. What impressed us most was the owner’s commitment to customer service. We know buying a used car can be risky, but he took the time to speak with my husband about potential repairs and assured us that, should anything go wrong, they would be there to help us every step of the way. This level of care and transparency truly sets Gran Turismo apart. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and exceptional service!

UPDATE: I'm moving this back down to 1 star (really 0 stars), as I just found out that the PROLONGED leak in the cracked compressor damaged the catalytic converter so now I'll be replacing that and sensors.  Thousands more to spend on what I thought was a good deal.  Thanks for nothing, Gran Turismo.

I was initially very impressed with Ray, his service, and the truck I purchased from Gran Turismo Motorz, but the A/C stopped working within just four weeks of purchasing it, and my mechanic, who I've used for years and trust very much, said it looked like someone had just put enough freon in it to get it sold because it was leaking quite a bit, even dripping down from the bottom of the truck...  He showed me with a black light, and you could see that a whole lot of the UV-dyed stop-leak freon that I had watched him put in a few days prior had spewed out from somewhere behind/beneath the compressor and was dripping down in a pretty steady little stream.  Turns out the compressor was cracked, and with a leak that bad, it's pretty obvious that any freon put in would not have lasted long, so all I can tell for certain is that it was definitely charged VERY shortly before I purchased it--  So, if it was the previous owners who did something so dishonest, and not Gran Turismo themselves, then I understand, but I guess it's just incredibly unfortunate for me that Gran Turismo didn't catch the cracked compressor and fix it before they sold the problem to me and it left me in the high desert with no air conditioner on a 110-degree day and a bill of several hundred dollars (which would have been well into the thousands had I not reluctantly settled for a remanufactured compressor to save some funds on the truck that had already needed new tires when I bought it as well).

Furthermore, just two days after I bought the truck, before the ordeal with the A/C, I noticed I was charged an itemized fee of $129 for floor mats.  It was specified right there on Gran Turismo's online listing for the truck, but no mats had come in the truck. When I inquired, Ray was a little slower to respond than he had been before the sale, but still seemed very kind and helpful and said he would get some mats and have them shipped to me.  About 4 or 5 weeks passed after that, and I hadn't heard from Ray now for 3 or 4 of those weeks, so I updated this review to reflect the then-current situation, and he responded within 5 hours to let me know that he had broken his phone and just gotten it fixed.  A little over two more weeks went by, and FINALLY, mats were delivered to my home 8 weeks after I purchased the truck.  I had offered in the very beginning to take a refund of the $129 that I was charged for the mats and find my own, which I would have preferred over waiting weeks for the mats, but I have no problem with them; they seem like decent after-market floor mats.

I wanted to give this company a five-star rating, but unfortunately, I cannot. Instead, I’m giving them one star, and I’m not even sure what that one star is for. Recently, I was involved in a car accident where my vehicle was totaled. Already dealing with significant stress, I decided to try this dealership, Gran Turismo Automotive, in hopes of avoiding the tactics used by larger dealerships.

I initially spoke with a representative named Ray, who was personable and upfront. He assured me that their vehicles were certified used cars, thoroughly inspected by their in-house mechanic. After doing my own research and a background check on the car I was interested in, Ray guaranteed that it was in excellent condition and that any issues could be addressed by their mechanic at a discounted rate. I also had a 15-day grace period to return the vehicle if needed.

However, just three days after purchasing the car, the number six fuel injector failed, causing the car to shake, perform poorly, and have decreased fuel efficiency. Fortunately, this happened near the dealership, so I brought the car in immediately. They acknowledged the issue and informed me it could be repaired within a few days. Those few days turned into weeks, as they were unable to source the necessary parts. In the meantime, they assured me it was safe to drive. During this period, I noticed that the car’s alignment was off and the front tires were severely worn. Upon further inspection, I discovered the tires were dry-rotted. When I returned to the dealership, they replaced them with used tires that were in equally poor condition.

By this point, the 15-day grace period had expired, leaving me with no recourse. Eventually, they replaced the fuel injector, claiming to have replaced all six as a courtesy for the delay. However, after inspecting the engine myself, I found that only one injector had been replaced, despite their assurances.

Frustrated but still wanting to give Ray the benefit of the doubt, I continued to drive the car. Soon after, the thermostat failed, causing the car to overheat. I replaced the thermostat, only for the mass airflow sensor to fail, which will prevent the car from passing emissions testing.

I understand I am purchasing a used vehicle, but use vehicle should come with some reassurance. I have three different tires on the car two and rear are the same in the front two don’t match. The front passenger is dry, rotted and crumbling apart. The front passenger side is almost bald that they put on. Not to mention how dangerous it is to have an alignment In bad condition condition.

While Ray seemed genuine and shared personal stories of his own challenges, including his motorcycles being stolen, I can no longer trust anything he or this dealership says. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Gran Turismo Motorz . It will only bring you more trouble than it’s worth.
