Place and people are trash, sold me a car at 10k, ended up being 24k after I received my paperwork in the mail, car has had nothing but issues back to back, it's driven maybe 3 miles a day because I can't trust it enough to travel for work, these people lie and will completely avoid you to the better end, don't put any money down as they just pocket it and deny you ever put any cash down, I put 2k cash down as a payment, when asked who owns the place. they all claim ownership, even the mechanic, they are no help , they just screw you to help them. They claim they will make things right, again, you will never hear from them again or they confuse you for someone else and tell on themselves and talk about other customers personally life , same with elite motor sales. Not sure if they are under the same ownership but I've been hearing nothing but horrible things and experiences from people, this place has been reported to the better business bureau as well and needs to be shut down.

We had an excellent experience, Brad took great care of us and made sure the process was as smooth and efficient as possible. Our new Pacifica has quickly become the family favorite, thanks again Brad!

I can't speak to the customer service you receive once you come to the dealer's lot. I inquired about a vehicle Brad has listed on Facebook Marketplace and, even now, almost 48 hours later my message hasn't even been read. It's obviously not a a major deal. I guess I just don't understand why you list your inventory somewhere if you don't intend to monitor and respond to inquiries. I will keep looking. There are car lots all over the place. This was just a disappointing experience.

Very nice to work with.  My husband and I made several visits over a month looking for the perfect car and they were always pleasant at each visit even when he weren’t buying anything.  They always offered to show us multiple cars and helped us found a car in our budget that also fit what we were looking for in a car. We finally found the perfect car to fit our needs and they were great dealing with all the paperwork and closing the sale.
